About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on thehoundemporium.com, which is run by Gabriel Brunetti Peixoto, trading as The Hound Emporium. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Delivery, Returns and Privacy Policy pages.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. We'll email you to confirm we've received it, and the contract between us is formed when we confirm your order has been dispatched.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price has been shown incorrectly. If this happens, we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery to UK addresses is free.
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout. The products become your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave us.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. See our Returns page for how to do this.
Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something isn't, contact us and we'll offer a repair, replacement or refund as your rights allow. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Using our products safely
Product images are for illustration, and colours may look slightly different on your screen. Please choose sizes suitable for your pet, follow any instructions supplied, and supervise your pet with new toys and accessories.
Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

All text, images and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy them without our permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
